The Chevy Impala with its dual rear muffler set up has been having trouble with premature wear out for quite some time now. Solo Performance has engineered and tested two extremely quiet stainless steel muffler and tail pipe assemblies for this car.
Special Install Instructions: Cut original equipment mufflers off as close as you can to the front muffler body. Line up the Solo mufflers and weld in place. Unfortunately there is no “connection” on the stock mid pipe, so the mufflers have to be welded in place.
Solo’s mufflers are whisper quiet on the Chevy Impala. These parts allow you to fix only the broken parts (the mufflers) without having to go to the dealer for the full CAT-back assembly. Customers appreciate the choice and the cost savings that Solo’s stainless products have to offer.
